Before we bring the Dreamz, let’s get the details squared away.
These policies apply to destination birthday weekends, bachelorette parties, and bachelor parties booked with Diamant Dreamz (DRMZ), operated by Diamant Enterprises, LLC. This page summarizes our booking terms. Your signed Service Agreement, approved proposal, invoice, and written amendments contain the complete terms for your event.
Reserving Your Date
Your date is officially reserved once DRMZ receives both your signed Service Agreement and the required initial payment.
| When you book | Payment due at booking | Rush fee |
|---|---|---|
| More than 30 days before your event | 50% non-refundable retainer | None |
| 15–30 days before your event | Full payment | 15% |
| 7–14 days before your event | Full payment | 25% |
| Fewer than 7 days before your event | Bookings are not accepted | Not applicable |
Rush fees are calculated on the invoice subtotal before applicable taxes and are non-refundable. Rush bookings are subject to service, product, customization, vendor, and staffing availability.
For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, the remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event, unless your invoice states otherwise. Approved payment plans may include up to 12 installments, with the full balance due at least 14 days before the event unless DRMZ approves an exception in writing.
For bookings paid in full, refund eligibility depends on the non-refundable retainer portion designated on your invoice and the cancellation terms below.
Payments & Missed Deadlines
You are responsible for the fees on your approved invoice, including applicable taxes, approved additions, travel expenses, vendor charges, and other applicable costs.
Payments may be made through HoneyBook using major credit or debit cards, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. PayPal, checks, cash, and Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Affirm may be available with prior approval and are subject to provider terms.
Checks must clear by the payment deadline. Returned checks carry a $45 fee, and payment remains outstanding until replacement funds clear.
Missing an invoice deadline may result in suspended planning, purchasing, production, staffing, or other services, or cancellation of your reservation. Late payment does not guarantee that your date or services can be reinstated. Amounts owed under your agreement remain payable.
Your Services & Vibe Board
Your booking includes only the services listed in your approved proposal and invoice. Additional services require written approval and depend on availability. Removing or substituting contracted services after signing also requires DRMZ’s written approval.
Custom, personalized, perishable, and specially ordered items are final and non-refundable once ordered.
Your Vibe Board communicates the palette, mood, and overall styling of your celebration. It is not a final mockup or an item-by-item guarantee. DRMZ may make reasonable creative adjustments for product availability, venue conditions, or safety. Substitutions will be comparable in purpose, quality, or visual effect whenever reasonably possible.
Planning Details, Access & Timing
Please provide accurate event details, selections, approvals, and requested information by the deadlines we give you.
You are responsible for securing property permission for DRMZ to enter, decorate, install, and remove items. Confirm loading access, parking, check-in and checkout times, and décor restrictions, and provide a responsible point of contact.
DRMZ will confirm your event date, location, and anticipated access, setup, and breakdown times. Setup generally takes two to four hours. Decor Breakdown generally takes up to one hour when included. Timing may vary with the scope, access, restrictions, or other circumstances. A specific team size is guaranteed only when stated on your invoice.
Work outside your approved proposal, including major design changes, delayed access, additional setup time, extended breakdown, or added event-day services, is subject to availability and billed at $75 per hour. When reasonably possible, we will notify you before performing billable additional work. Charges are due by the deadline on the updated invoice.
Decor Breakdown & Property Responsibilities
Decor Breakdown is mandatory when your services include DRMZ-owned décor or rentals that require retrieval. If Decor Breakdown is not listed on your invoice, you are responsible for removing disposable décor and following the property’s checkout requirements.
Decor Breakdown covers dismantling and packing items installed by DRMZ. Unless expressly included on your invoice, it does not cover general housekeeping, dishes, food cleanup, unrelated trash, or cleanup for guests and other vendors.
You remain responsible for property charges, including excessive-cleanup or late-checkout fees.
You are also responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for DRMZ-owned décor, equipment, rentals, or supplies damaged, lost, or missing because of you, your guests, the venue, or vendors not hired by DRMZ. DRMZ remains responsible for direct property damage caused by its negligence to the extent required by law.
Travel & Destination Events
Events outside our standard service area are subject to a $0.76-per-mile travel fee, calculated for each trip required to provide your services, including separate setup and breakdown trips when applicable.
Events more than 50 miles outside our standard service area may also require airfare, lodging, ground transportation, parking, tolls, or other reasonable travel expenses. These costs require written approval and will be added to your invoice.
Travel you arrange directly for DRMZ requires our written approval before booking.
Stock the Fridge, Food & Alcohol
For Stock the Fridge, your completed shopping list and required purchasing funds are due at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. Grocery and product costs are separate unless your invoice expressly includes them. Requested items are subject to availability.
Disclose known allergies and dietary restrictions by the requested deadline. Food and beverages may come from third-party vendors, and DRMZ cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. You are responsible for reviewing vendor information and deciding whether items are appropriate for your group.
Unless your invoice expressly identifies another lawful arrangement, alcoholic beverages must be purchased and supplied by you or a licensed vendor. All alcohol-related services must comply with applicable law and property rules.
A self-service drink bar does not include a bartender, security, ID checks, or alcohol-consumption monitoring. You must ensure that only guests 21 or older possess or consume alcohol and remain responsible for guest consumption, conduct, and transportation. DRMZ may decline or stop alcohol-related activities that reasonably appear to violate the law, venue rules, or safety requirements.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and take effect when DRMZ receives them. The retainer and all rush fees are non-refundable.
-
More than 14 days before your event: Payments exceeding the retainer and rush fees may be refunded after deducting completed work, purchased products, vendor payments, custom items, and other nonrecoverable expenses.
-
14 days or fewer before your event: All payments are non-refundable, and amounts already due under your invoice remain payable.
If DRMZ cancels for a reason unrelated to your breach of the agreement or an event covered under Unexpected Disruptions, we will refund amounts paid for services not performed. We may offer a qualified replacement professional, which you may accept or decline.
Rescheduling & Event Changes
Requests to change your event date, time, or location must be made in writing. Changes depend on DRMZ’s availability and are confirmed only when accepted in writing. If DRMZ is unavailable, the request will be handled as a client cancellation.
If a change is approved, eligible payments may transfer after deductions for completed work and nonrecoverable expenses. Pricing, rush fees, travel costs, vendor availability, and payment schedules may change.
Planning, purchasing, and production may pause until revised details and payment arrangements are confirmed. Your agreement or services cannot be transferred to another person or event without DRMZ’s written approval.
Outside Vendors & Safe Celebrations
DRMZ coordinates vendors and subcontractors hired directly by us for your contracted services. Known costs require your approval before being added to the invoice. Vendor services, products, and rentals are not secured until the required payment is received.
Independent vendors remain responsible for their services, personnel, and policies. DRMZ is not responsible for third-party circumstances outside its reasonable direction or control.
A safe, respectful working environment is required. Harassment, threats, violence, illegal activity, dangerous intoxication, or unsafe conditions may result in suspended services, removal of equipment or personnel, or early departure.
When reasonably safe and practical, DRMZ will notify you or your point of contact and allow an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate or credible safety threats may require departure without warning. If services end or are suspended because of client or guest conduct, no refund will be issued, outstanding balances remain due, and DRMZ is not responsible for services that could not be completed.
Unexpected Disruptions
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond that party’s reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, serious illness, venue closures, or widespread transportation disruptions. The affected party must provide notice as soon as reasonably possible.
DRMZ may propose rescheduling, qualified substitute personnel or vendors, or a credit toward unperformed services. If no reasonable alternative is available, amounts paid for unperformed services will be refunded after deducting completed work and documented nonrecoverable expenses.
Event Photos & the Afterglow Content Reward
DRMZ may photograph or record décor, installations, and completed setups for business and promotional use. We will obtain permission before using DRMZ-captured content containing recognizable images or recordings of clients or guests.
Want to share the celebration? Our optional Afterglow Content Reward offers a digital Visa gift card for qualifying content:
| Qualifying content | Reward |
|---|---|
| 5 photos | $25 |
| 10 photos | $50 |
| 15 photos | $75 |
| Bride or VIP décor reveal video, with at least 5 qualifying photos | Additional $25 |
The photo tiers are alternatives, with a maximum reward of $100 per booked event.
Submit original, clear, full-resolution, unwatermarked photos through DRMZ’s designated upload method within seven calendar days after the event. Each photo must include the bride, VIP, client, or at least one group member, with a DRMZ setup, decoration, activity, service, or custom detail clearly visible. Screenshots, social-media downloads, duplicates, and blurry or low-quality files do not qualify.
Reveal videos must be continuous, vertical recordings lasting 10–60 seconds, showing both the bride or VIP’s first reaction to the completed décor and the DRMZ setup.
By submitting content, you grant DRMZ a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to edit, crop, reproduce, publish, display, and use it for our portfolio, website, social media, email marketing, advertising, and other promotional purposes. You must own or have permission to submit the content and have consent from every recognizable person. Professional photography or video requires written authorization for DRMZ’s commercial use. Images of minors require written parent or legal guardian permission.
DRMZ determines whether content qualifies and issues the applicable gift card within five business days after approval and receipt of required media releases. Gift cards are subject to issuer terms and cannot be exchanged through DRMZ for cash.
Participation is optional. This promotional reward is not a purchased service, refund, rebate, or guaranteed cash-back benefit. Nonparticipation or ineligible content does not create a refund, credit, or package-price reduction.
Google reviews and client surveys are optional and do not affect reward eligibility.
