IMPORTANT: We don’t hold dates or prices without a deposit—no exceptions. You must be checked into your hotel or Airbnb before we arrive to set up. Book at least 14 days in advance to avoid a $150 Rush Fee, which applies to last-minute bookings and must be paid in full at the time of booking. That fee ensures we’ve got the time, materials, and team ready to bring your vision to life. Heads up: some hotels charge for excessive cleanup. If you’d rather skip the stress, add our cleaning service and we’ll handle breakdown of everything we set up, rose petals, balloons, candles, and all.
